Description : The Municipality of Sibonga, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only (3,200,000.00), Bidding for Tipping Fee for Residual Waste, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Sibonga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of services shall commence from the date of the Notice to Proceed until the disposed waste as per cubic meter is fully accumulated. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
