Call to Order

At 2:00 in the afternoon, BAC Chairperson Ms. Camarines called to order the Pre-Bid Conference for the above-mentioned project.

Roll Call and Proceedings

BAC Chairperson Camarines introduced the members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), the BAC Secretariat, and the Technical Working Group (TWG), and acknowledged the presence of the prospective bidder.

She also noted that observers from the Commission on Audit (COA) and the private sector were duly invited; however, they were unable to attend the conference.

BAC Chairperson Camarines explained the purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference, highlighting the salient features of the procurement activity and the changes made in the bidding documents.
