“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIBERGLASS - REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS, FABRICATION TOOLS, MARINE ENGINES WITH PROPULSION SYSTEM, UNDERWATER FITTINGS, NAVIGATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, AND BOAT ACCESSORIES AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS”

1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-five Million Six Hundred Forty-five Thousand Pesos (PhP25,645,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2026 - 11 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIBERGLASS - REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS, FABRICATION TOOLS, MARINE ENGINES WITH PROPULSION SYSTEM, UNDERWATER FITTINGS, NAVIGATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, AND BOAT ACCESSORIES AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
