“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIBERGLASS - REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS, FABRICATION TOOLS, UNDERWATER FITTINGS, AND MARINE ENGINES”

1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Forty - Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP48,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Bid Reference No. 2026 - 01 - EPA entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIBERGLASS - REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS, FABRICATION TOOLS, UNDERWATER FITTINGS, AND MARINE ENGINES”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
