Description : PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR FY 2026

A. Scope of Work
The Security Agency (the “Contractor”) shall provide security guard services to the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) (to be known as the "CLIENT") at its premises located at the NFRDI-Central Office, Fisheries Building Complex, Barangay Vasra, Visayas Avenue, Quezon City; FFRDC, Butong, Taal, Batangas; FBC, Munoz, Nueva Ecija and BFRDC, Lala, Lanao del Norte.
The General Services Section (GSS), under the Finance and Administrative Division (FAD), is tasked with managing security operations to ensure a safe, peaceful, and secure working environment. In partnership with the Contractor, the GSS shall exercise oversight, supervision, and evaluation of the contracted security agency to ensure effective protection of all institutional assets. Security management encompasses the following domains: Physical Security, Access Control, Surveillance and Monitoring, Emergency Response, and Incident Reporting and Documentation.
