Description : PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR FY 2026
A. Scope of Work
The Janitorial Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) shall provide janitorial services to the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) at its premises located at the NFRDI-Central Office, Fisheries Building Complex, Barangay Vasra, Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
The General Services Section (GSS) under the Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) shall be responsible for managing and overseeing the janitorial services at the NFRDI Central Office. In partnership with the Contractor, the GSS shall ensure the maintenance of a clean, safe, and healthy working environment by supervising and monitoring all housekeeping operations within the offices and common areas of the Client-s premises.
