“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT OF WATER WELL DRILL WITH ACCESSORIES”

1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Twenty Pesos (PhP6,570,020.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2025 - 50 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT OF WATER WELL DRILL WITH ACCESSORIES”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA - BFAR, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
