Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR BID REFERENCE NO. 2024 - 92

“REPAIR WORKS FOR DA - BFAR PATROL VESSEL”

1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP18,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2024 - 92 entitled “REPAIR WORKS FOR DA - BFAR PATROL VESSEL”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA - BFAR, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
