1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2024 - 22 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT FIBERGLASS - REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) RIGID - HULLED INFLATABLE BOAT (RHIB) FOR DA - BFAR VESSEL”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
