Procurement of Various Janitorial Supplies
for Department of Public Services

1. The City Government of Manila, through the General Fund CY 2025 - Other Supplies and Materials Expenses intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Fifty Five Thousand Eighty Pesos (Php8,055,080.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Various Janitorial Supplies for Department of Public Services / ITB No. 2025-03-65. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila City Council. Delivery of Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the approved Budget ...
