The Municipality of Sibunag through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-06 -Construction of Green Restroom (Municipal Site) and Support to Schools Development Infrastructure Project (Water and Sanitation Project) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2025-0009 Construction of Green Restroom [Municipal Site and Desiderio C. Gange National High School (DCGNHS)]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
