1. The Municipality of Sibunag through the 2024 5% LDRRMF (Updating of Data Bank System/CBMS Updating intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (170,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2024-065 - Purchase of Laptop Computer and External Hard Drive for Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data Banking . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
