The Local Government Unit of Bislig City, through the 20% EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Ᵽ 1,427,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PBD 011-2025 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
