The National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) intends to apply the sum as specified below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the above-mentioned project.

Whereas, BAC Resolution No. 25-150-FAILED for Supply, Delivery and Testing of One (1) unit Endoscopy Capsule System with Real-Time View and Capture of Video and Images dated June 23, 2025, was issued declaring 1st failure of bidding of the above project;

Whereas, BAC Resolution No. 25-159-FAILED for Re-bidding for Supply, Delivery and Testing of One (1) unit Endoscopy Capsule System with Real-Time View and Capture of Video and Images dated July 16, 2025, was issued declaring 2nd failure of bidding and recommend the use of negotiated method of procurement pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of R.A. 9184;
