Description : In the interest of ensuring timely delivery of essential food provisions for the barangay-s ongoing social welfare and disaster response initiatives, Barangay Quinapagian intends to procure Nineteen (19) sacks of rice through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement, as provided under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Thirty-Eight Thousand Pesos (₱38,000.00), chargeable against the barangay-s allocated funds for the purpose.
