INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL DIESEL FOR USE OF
THE VEHICLES IN THE DAILY OPERATION UNDER THE BOHOL DISTRICT

JAIL FOR C.Y. 2025

The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for C.Y 2025,
intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (₱ 792,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF FUEL DIESEL FOR USE OF THE VEHICLES
IN THE DAILY OPERATION UNDER THE BOHOL DISTRICT JAIL FOR C.Y. 2025
with Procurement Reference No. A-2025-0003 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.

Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 DAYS UPON THE REQUEST OF THE END-
USER after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar

to the procurement project with an amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of
