Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE BASELINE DATA COLLECTION FOR SEPTAGE COLLECTION AREA NO.1

1. The DAVAO CITY WATER DISTRICT (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Ninety Pesos and Ninety-One Centavos (PhP10,909,090.91) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BASELINE DATA COLLECTION FOR SEPTAGE COLLECTION AREA NO. 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The DCWD now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for BASELINE DATA COLLECTION FOR SEPTAGE COLLECTION AREA NO. 1, covering 57,872 total active connections within the Agdao, Buhangin and Bunawan District, Davao City, service area.
