Prospective Bidders should be experienced undertaking have a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the ABC available for the prosecution of the contract. The ABC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of the Bids. The BAC will conduct post qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
