INVITATION TO BID for
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL RICE AS FOOD ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Sisimon, Laak, Davao de Oro through the Trust Fund (Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act No. 11975) intends to apply the sum ₱327,360.00 the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice as Food Assistance to Indigent Individuals/Families, PB-GOODS-PR-No. 25-03-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Sisimon, Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
