Description : The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PANGANIBAN, CATANDUANES, through its Bids and
Awards Committee, invites contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder equipment:

Prospective bidders should have included such type of supply in their list of business applied
from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The Opening of Bids shall employ a nondiscretionary
“pass/fail” criteria. Bid Evaluation and Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be
conducted.

provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
