INVITATION TO BID FOR

Barangay Road Rehabilitation Project

1. The Barangay Sta. Cruz Upper, Lala, Lanao del Norte, through the 20% Barangay Development Project intends to apply the sum of Php 200,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Barangay Road Rehabilitation Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Sta. Cruz Upper, Lala, Lanao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bid shall be fixed for (4) months or 120 Calendar Days from the date of submission of the bid. Delivery of the Goods is required by: To be delivered within 15 Calendar days from the acceptance of Notice to Proceed”. Bidders should have completed, within the last two years with an amount of at least 25% of the ABC from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
