The Barangay Local Government Unit of Ili Conner, Apayao, through the Barangay fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and 81/100 Centavos Only (₱124,996.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM AT PUROK 1 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Banban Conner, Apayao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
