INVITATION TO BID FOR [CONCRETE TOPPING AND PAINTING OF BASKETBALL COURT ]

1. The [SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY KANG-IRAS HILONGOS ,LEYTE], through the [SK FUND] intends to apply the sum of [350,000.00] being the ABC to payments under the contract for [CONCRETE TOPPING AND PAINTING OF BASKETBALL COURT]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The [SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY KANG-IRAS HILONGOS ,LEYTE] now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by [30 CALENDAR DAYS]. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
