Description : Invitation to Bid for Barangay Clinical Extension Services

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of one hundred forty nine thousand eight hundred eight pesos (Php 149,808.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Barangay Clinical Extension Services. Bids received in excess of each item/lot of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Drugs and Medicine to be used for Barangay Clinic Extension Services . Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.

Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
