BID PROPOSAL shall be submitted to the Barangay Treasurer on/or and it will be closed immediately on Dec. 12, 2025 at 10: 00 am in front of the attending bidders or their authorized representative and Accounting, Manila Barangay Bureau (MBB) and Commission On Audit (COA) representative. The venue of the Bidding will be at the barangay headquarters.

The Committee on Awards reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defects therein and accept the officer most advantageous to the barangay government.

This INVITATION TO BID shall be posted in three (3) conspicuous places in the barangay.
