1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos (₱498,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Audio andVisual Services.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), now invites bids all PhilGEPS Registered Contractors/ Bidders for the Procurement of Audio and Visual Services the following specification:
1 package @ 498,000.00 unit cost
*White LED Par (at least 12 units)
*Haze machine (at least 2 units)
*10ft vertical truss for stage lights (at least 2 units)
