The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and 19/100 (₱3,060,463.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Upgrading of the Banana Tissue Culture Laboratory at the Department of Agriculture-Southern Cebu Farming System Research and Development Satellite Station located at DA-SCFSRDSS, Brgy, Binlod, Argao, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
