For the Provision of Security Services of Balubal Elementary School for CY 2026
I. Rationale

Balubal Elementary School (BES) considers that a secured and safe learning as well as work environment will contribute to a more productive workforce that will result to an efficient and effective delivery of programs and services. It has several facilities and properties that must be secured from burglary, robbery, theft, sabotage, fire, vandalism and other unlawful acts.

Balubal Elementary School is composed of 39 teaching personnel and 1 non-teaching personnel / administrative staff. Currently, there are 1,245 learners who are enrolled in Kindergarten, Grades 1 to Grade 6 and SNED for SY 2025-2026. The school is located at Purok 1, Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City.

The school is obliged to have Security Services to safeguard the areas and its facilities. Thus, Balubal Elementary School (BES) requires the services of a Service Provider that will secure its personnel, learners, facilities, and properties with an increase existing report of crimes involving robbery that is alarming...
