1. The Provincial Government of Sorsogon, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 - Locally Funded Projects intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Seven Million Twenty-Two Thousand Ninety-Eight Pesos and Thirty-Nine Centavos (PHP 97,022,098.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bacon Airport Development Project CY 2024- Site Development for Runway Strip, Gabao, Bacon, Sorsogon City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Provincial Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days inclusive of pre-determined unworkable (30) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
