BARANGAY SIMBALUCA

1. The Barangay Government of Simbaluca through FINANCIAL ASISTANCE intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (P 134,440.00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the BACKFILLING OF COMMUNITY GARDEN . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Barangay Simbaluca now invites for the BACKFILLING OF COMMUNITY GARDEN .

3. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission, and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to bidders.
