1. Funding Source:
The Department of Health Central Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH CVCHD), through the 2025 LHSDA Funds intends to apply the sum of P1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BAC 2025-C01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2.
