1) The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN PESOS AND 04/100 ONLY (P29,464,317.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026 UNDER BAC-IB NO.: 2025-B-195. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE now invites bids for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026 UNDER BAC-IB NO.: 2025-B-195. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS IS REQUIRED/CONTRACT DURATION IS JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
