  1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY2026 intends to apply the sum of FORTY-FIVE MILLION NINETY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS AND 74/100 (PHP 45,090,414.74) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
  2) SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOODSTUFFS (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) under Project Reference No. BAC-2026-08-0654 & BAC-2026-08-0655. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  3) The UP-PGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
