CONTRACT
1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the
General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN
MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS &
00/100 (Php14,935,800.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES - IV INFUSION SETS (SINGLE
YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT, under Project
Reference No. BAC-2026-02-0124. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP-PGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Framework
Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in Section VI,
