SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) UNITS BRAND NEW CEILING-MOUNTED DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY MACHINES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF RADIOLOGY, PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL

1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through Fund 164 Programming (1401) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY EIGHT MILLION PESOS AND 00/100 (PhP28,000,000.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) UNITS BRAND NEW CEILING-MOUNTED DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY MACHINES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF RADIOLOGY, PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL, under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-10-0918. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
