Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Project Reference No.: BAC-2025-09-0820 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PERITONEAL DIALYSIS SOLUTION AND ACCESSORIES (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO PESOS & 44/100 (Php16,418,332.44) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PERITONEAL DIALYSIS SOLUTION AND ACCESSORIES (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY), under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-09-0820. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
