1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS & 90/100 (PhP27,678,357.90) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the One (1) Lot Contract for Laundry Services With One (1) Year Contract Duration (Early Procurement Activity), under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-09-0819. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The UP-PGH now invites bids for the One (1) Lot Contract for Laundry Services With One (1) Year Contract Duration (Early Procurement Activity).
