1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS & 00/100 (PHP6,839,780.00) ONLY, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL OXYGEN & OTHER GASES FOR CY 2026 (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY), under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-09-0776. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
