Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Project Reference No.: BAC-2025-09-0742 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES -ANTINEOPLASTIC AND IMMUNOMODULATING AGENTS -ADDITIONAL (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)
1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through
the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS & 88/100 (Php272,675,707.88)
ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES - ANTINEOPLASTIC AND
IMMUNOMODULATING AGENTS - ADDITIONAL (SINGLE YEAR
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT), under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-09-0742.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP-PGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Framework
Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in Section VI,
