SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMISSARY SUPPLIES - COOKING OIL (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) - REBID
1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and Revolving Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS & 86/100 (Php2,209,892.86) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMISSARY SUPPLIES - COOKING OIL (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) - REBID, under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-08-0645C and BAC-2025-08-0682C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
