1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through PGH Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS AND 00/100 (PhP23,438,050.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF TONER CARTRIDGES WITH PROVISION OF FREE USE OF PRINTER MACHINE FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND SECTIONS OF PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL, under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-08-0635. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
