The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the PGH Revolving Fund CY2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (PHP13,800,000.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Lot of Brand-New Multidisciplinary Surgical Microscope System for the Division of Plastic Surgery, Department of Surgery, Philippine General Hospital, under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-07-0509. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
