SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF ANESTHESIOLOGY for ONE (1) YEAR (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY2025 intends to apply the sum of FORTY ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN PESOS & 00/100 (Php41,719,347.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF ANESTHESIOLOGY for ONE (1) YEAR (SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT), under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-06-0440. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
