1) The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through PGH Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS AND 00/100 (PhP11,679,516.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND TESTING OF ONE (1) LOT DIFFERENT TYPES OF AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL, under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-03-0208. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
