1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 (PHP2,379,000.00) ONLY, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2025/PGH Revolving Fund 184, inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL IMMOBILIZATION DEVICES FOR THE DIVISION OF RADIATION ONCOLOGY - SECTION OF EXTERNAL BEAM RADIATION THERAPY under Project Reference No. BAC-2025-02-0149.
