1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION PESOS AND 00/100 (PHP16,000,000.00) ONLY through Fund 164, inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) LOT HYPERCONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (HCI) HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE LICENSE FOR 3 NODES, under Project Reference No.: BAC-2025-01-0046.
