Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines -Influenza Polyvalent (Quadrivalent) Vaccine for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement)

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a Single Year Framework Agreement, through the PGH General Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS AND 00/100 (Php2,671,200.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines - Influenza Polyvalent (Quadrivalent) Vaccine for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement).
