Supply and Delivery of Catheters, Needles and Syringes - One (1) Year Contract (Single Year Framework Agreement)

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a Single Year Framework Agreement, through the PGH General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND SIXTY FIVE PESOS AND 40/100 (127,725,065.40) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines - Emergency Drug Ampules and Vials for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement).
