Project Reference No.: BAC-2024-12-1150 Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies for One (1) Year (Single YearFramework Agreement)

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a
Single Year Framework Agreement, through the PGH General Fund intends to apply
the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED
THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS AND 42/100
(Php197,736,550.42) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each
item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of
Various Medical Supplies for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement).
Delivery of the Goods is within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of
Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of
