REHABILITATION OF ROOF DECK WATERPROOFING OF THE UP-PGH SPORTS MEDICINE AND WELLNESS MEDICAL CENTER NEW CLARK CITY, CAPAS, TARLAC

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and 94/100 (Php5,131,784.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF ROOF DECK WATERPROOFING OF THE UP-PGH SPORTS MEDICINE AND WELLNESS MEDICAL CENTER NEW CLARK CITY, CAPAS, TARLAC under Project Reference No.: BAC-2024-12-1145. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The UP-PGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
